Just did a search on freeganism to help with our recipe diary of food we’ve prepared on the behalf of dumpster diving and came across your site. Wanted to say: thanks for speaking boldly about these issues and representing Christ in such a beautiful way. Hi Amanda and Daniel. I was looking to see if you are on FB or Twitter, no luck. I have a GREAT photo of you from the 2005 Eye Ball. My hubby Blair was so excited to see your Oprah segment. I seem to recall a website where you could list “free” items for pick up for those with a Freegan Lifestyle? When Blair and I married, we combined households and then had two children and of course MORE STUFF. We have donated and discarded, but we would really like to be able to set items out by our garage and then alert Freegan to come shop and pick up the free trash-n-treasures. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I like to make things beautiful, but I think there is a freegan principal or two that can be applied. God Bless!

Hello, my name is Eryn Jones…. I actually just found this page by typing in “new monastic” + “nashville” into bing.com :). We have recently moved from Colorado (in January), where we lived in a lower income neighborhood with several of our friends from a local church there. We are looking for a similar thing to be a part of. I’m sure you guys are very busy, but we were wondering if your community meets weekly or if you guys are interested in meeting.
